My new favorite cliche: The days are long, the years are short. I can't think of a better saying to sum up the experience of parenting (after all, cliches are cliches for a reason). Here is my attempt to remember these long days as the years fly by.

Maia's 8th Birthday Whale Watch
When we returned from vacation we took two of Maia's closest friends on a whale watch to celebrate her birthday. It was amazing!
